In connection with the filing of this Amendment, which follows the Company's November 4, 2024 decision to restate the Form 10-K, the Company's Compensation Committee is undertaking an analysis to assess the aggregate dollar amount of any erroneously awarded compensation as a result of the restatements reflected in this Amendment. The Company expects to disclose the information required in Regulation S-K 402(w)(1)(i)(B) through (D) in its next filing that is required to include disclosure pursuant to Item 402 of Regulation S-K.
