Item 3. QUANTITATIVE AND QUALITATIVE DISCLOSURES ABOUT MARKET RISK
We are exposed to market risks in the ordinary course of our business, which primarily relate to fluctuations in interest rates.
As of March 31, 2022, we had unrestricted cash and cash equivalents of $1.41 billion. A hypothetical 10% change in interest rates would not have a material impact on our financial condition or results of operations due to the short-term nature of our cash equivalents.
As of March 31, 2022, we had a debt balance of $3.27 billion. A hypothetical 50 basis point change in interest rates as of March 31, 2022 would not have a material impact on our net income for the three months ended March 31, 2022.
