(1)A total of 19,719 shares were transferred to us from employees in satisfaction of minimum tax withholding obligations associated with the vesting of restricted stock units during the period. We did not purchase any shares of our common stock in the open market pursuant to our repurchase program or in swap transactions.
(2)On December 17, 2018, the Board approved a repurchase plan for up to $20 billion of common stock. Share repurchases under this plan are currently suspended.
