On February 20, 2018, the Board of Directors amended and restated the company’s Bylaws (effective immediately) to clarify the ability of the lead director of the Board of Directors or a majority of the independent directors to instruct the Corporate Secretary to call a special meeting of the independent directors of the Board of Directors. The amendments also reflect the removal of the Corporate Vice President title.
