Item 7.01: Regulation FD Disclosure

On October 1, 2026, Cardinal Health, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a news release announcing that it had entered into a binding letter of intent to extend its pharmaceutical distribution agreements with CVS Health through June 2032. In connection with this announcement, the Company also reaffirmed its previously issued fiscal year 2027 non-GAAP earnings per share (EPS) guidance range of $12.40 to $12.60 and its long-term non-GAAP EPS growth range guidance of 12% to 14%. A copy of the news release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
