a.In March 2024, the Company’s Board of Directors authorized a share repurchase program allowing the Company to purchase up to $2.0 billion of its outstanding common stock, subject to market conditions. During fiscal 2025, the Company purchased 1.9 million shares of its common stock for $435.4 million. As of September 30, 2025, the Company had $882.2 million availability under this program.
b.Employees surrendered 324,669 shares during fiscal 2025 to meet minimum tax-withholding obligations upon vesting of restricted stock.
