Our corporate headquarters are located in Dallas, Texas. This facility consists of approximately 70,000 square feet of office space under a lease which expires in fiscal 2024. In the U.S., we own or lease facilities in every state except North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Vermont and Wyoming. In Canada, we own or lease facilities in the provinces of Ontario, Quebec and Alberta. In the U.K., we own or lease 15 operating facilities. In Brazil, we own or lease five operating facilities. In the U.A.E., we lease one operating facility. In Germany and Spain we operate online platforms. We believe that our existing facilities are adequate to meet current requirements and that suitable additional or substitute space will be available as needed to accommodate any expansion of operations and additional offices on commercially acceptable terms.
