On October 19, 2022, our board of directors approved revisions to our Outside Director Compensation Policy (the “Director Compensation Policy”) to allow non-employee directors to elect to take their cash compensation in the form of restricted stock units. The revisions to the Director Compensation Policy were effective as of October 19, 2022.
