On March 4, 2025, Consolidated Edison, Inc. (“Con Edison”) entered into an underwriting agreement with Barclays Capital Inc. for the sale of 6,300,000 of Con Edison’s Common Shares ($.10 par value) (the “Common Shares”). The Common Shares were registered under the Securities Act of 1933 pursuant to a Registration Statement on Form S-3 (No. 333-264049, effective April 1, 2022).
