During the second quarter of 2025, 2.3 million ordinary shares were repurchased in the open market at a total cost of $698 million. These shares were repurchased under the programs approved by the Board of Directors on February 27, 2025 (the 2025 Program) and February 23, 2022 (the 2022 Program).
