The conflict in Ukraine and related price volatility and geopolitical instability could negatively impact our business**.**
In late February 2022, Russia launched significant military action against Ukraine. The conflict has caused, and could intensify, volatility in oil, natural gas and NGL prices, and the extent and duration of the military action, sanctions and resulting market disruptions could be significant and could potentially have a substantial negative impact on the global economy and/or our business for an unknown period of time. Any such volatility and disruptions may also magnify the impact of other risks described under “Risk Factors” in Item 1A of our 2021 Form 10-K.
