Subsequently, the Board of Directors has from time to time increased the amount of our common stock that may be repurchased. The Board of Directors last authorized repurchases from 140 million shares of common stock, as of December 31, 2023, down to 130 million on February 19, 2024. The maximum number of shares available for repurchase under this plan will increase as the total number of outstanding shares increases. On February 23, 2026, the Board of Directors authorized a new share repurchase program that permits the repurchase of up to $3 billion of the Company's common stock, effective upon the expiration of the current program, which will occur when the outstanding shares of common stock reach 130 million.
