Market for Registrant’s Stock

Our Common Stock is listed on the New York Stock Exchange in the United States under the symbol F. As of February 6, 2026, stockholders of record of Ford included approximately 92,216 holders of Common Stock and 4 holders of Class B Stock. We believe that the number of beneficial owners is substantially greater than the number of record holders because a large portion of our Common Stock is held in “street name” by brokers.

(a)In the first quarter of 2024 and 2025, in addition to a regular dividend of $0.15 per share, we paid a supplemental dividend of $0.18 per share and $0.15 per share, respectively.

On February 2, 2026, we declared a regular dividend of $0.15 per share.

Subject to legally available funds, we intend to continue to pay a regular quarterly cash dividend on our outstanding Common Stock and Class B Stock. The declaration and payment of future dividends is at the sole discretion of our Board of Directors after taking into account various factors, including our financial condition, operating results, available cash, and current and anticipated cash needs.
