Market Information

Our common stock trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol: FICO. According to records of our transfer agent, at October 28, 2016, we had 380 shareholders of record of our common stock.

Dividends

We paid dividends of $0.02 per share on a quarterly basis during each of fiscal 2016, 2015 and 2014. Our dividend rate is set by the Board of Directors on a quarterly basis taking into account a variety of factors, including among others, our operating results and cash flows, general economic and industry conditions, our obligations, changes in applicable tax laws and other factors deemed relevant by the Board. Although we expect to continue to pay dividends at the current rate, our dividend rate is subject to change from time to time based on the Board’s business judgment with respect to these and other relevant factors.

(2)On August 18, 2014, our Board of Directors approved a stock repurchase program following the completion of our previous program. On July 27, 2016, following the termination of the August 2014 program, our Board of Directors approved a new stock repurchase program.
