As of December 31, 2025, which was the last business day of the registrant’s most recently completed second fiscal quarter, the aggregate market value of the registrant’s Class A Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, held by non-affiliates was approximately $14.5 billion, based upon the closing price of $73.07 per share as quoted on The Nasdaq Global Select Market on that date, and the aggregate market value of the registrant’s Class B Common Stock, par value $0.01 per share, held by non-affiliates was approximately $9.0 billion, based upon the closing price of $64.93 per share as quoted on The Nasdaq Global Select Market on that date.
