our

principal

executive

Minneapolis,

Minnesota

metropolitan

area. We

operate numerous

manufacturing facilities

and maintain many

sales and administrative

offices, warehouses,

and distribution

centers around the world.

As of May 29,

2022, we operated

43 facilities for

the production of

a wide variety

of food products.

Of these facilities,

which is leased),

dedicated sales

and administrative

offices

around the

world, totaling

approximately 2 million square feet. We

have additional warehouse, distribution, and office space in

our plant locations.

As part

of our

Häagen-Dazs

business in

our International

segment

we operate

448 (all

leased) and

franchise

384 branded

ice cream

parlors in various countries around the world, all outside of the United States and

Canada.
