We

own

our

principal

executive

offices

main research

facilities,

which

Minneapolis,

Minnesota

metropolitan

area. We

operate numerous

manufacturing facilities

and maintain many

sales and administrative

offices, warehouses,

and distribution

centers around the world.

As of May 26,

2024, we operated

42 facilities for

the production of

a wide variety

of food products.

Of these facilities,

26 are located

in the United

States, 4 in Latin

America and Mexico,

which is

leased),

lease a

dedicated sales

and administrative

offices around

the world,

totaling approximately 2 million square feet. We

have additional warehouse, distribution, and office space in

our plant locations.

As part

Häagen-Dazs

business in

our International

segment

we operate

385 (all

leased) and

franchise 389

branded ice

cream

parlors in various countries around the world, all outside of the United States and Canada.
