As of December 31, 2016, we had approximately 273 offices located in approximately 82 countries. Our executive headquarters are located adjacent to Research Triangle Park, North Carolina, and in Danbury, Connecticut. We own facilities in Barcelona, Spain; Buenos Aires, Argentina; Caracas, Venezuela; Los Ruices, Venezuela; Lisbon, Portugal and Bangalore, India. All of our other offices are leased. geographically distributed to meet our worldwide operating requirements, and none of our properties are individually material to our business operations. Many of our leases have an option to renew, and we believe that we will be able to successfully renew expiring leases on terms satisfactory to us. We believe that our facilities are adequate for our operations and that suitable additional space will be available if needed.
