Our properties consist primarily of office space within general, commercial office buildings located in major cities primarily in the following countries: United States; United Kingdom; Australia; India; Canada; Poland and United Arab Emirates. We also lease smaller offices located in certain other countries. Such space is used for operations (providing

technical and professional services), sales and administration. The total amount of space leased by us for all of our operations is approximately 5.3 million square feet. We continue to evaluate our real estate needs in connection with changes in the Company's use of leased space and as part of our overall strategic organizational changes.
