Only stockholders of record at the close of business on May 22, 2023 may attend the meeting. To receive further information about how to attend the meeting, please register by sending an e-mail to Investor-Relations@kkr.com with the following information between May 22, 2023 and June 9, 2023. Please write "KKR 2023 Annual Meeting Registration" in the subject line of the e-mail, include your full name, address, and the number of shares of common stock owned by you as of the record date, and be prepared to confirm your ownership of such shares as of the record date. Please note that no discussion of KKR's business will be presented at the Annual Meeting, and no matter will be presented to its stockholders for a vote. Therefore, no action is expected to be taken at the Annual Meeting.
