The aggregate market value of the voting and non-voting common stock held by non-affiliates as of June 30, 2023, was approximately $186 billion (based on the closing sale price of the stock on that date as reported on the New York Stock Exchange). NYSE was the exchange on which Linde’s stock was listed before it delisted from the NYSE and became listed on the Nasdaq Stock Market as of November 7, 2023.

At January 31, 2024, 481,576,472 ordinary shares of €0.001 nominal value per share of the Registrant were outstanding.
