As of December 28, 2019, the aggregate market value of the voting and non-voting common equity held by non-affiliates of the registrant was approximately $3,735 million based on the closing sales price of the registrant’s common stock as reported on the NASDAQ Stock Market on December 27, 2019 of $79.01 per share.
