The aggregate market value of the voting and non-voting common equity held by non-affiliates of the registrant was approximately $1,949 million, based on the closing sales price of the registrant’s common stock on December 30, 2022 (the last business day of the registrant’s most recently completed second fiscal quarter) of $52.17 per share, as reported on the NASDAQ Stock Market.
