Lowe’s Companies, Inc. (the “Company”) held its annual meeting of shareholders on May 26, 2023 (the “Annual Meeting”). For more information on the proposals submitted to shareholders at the Annual Meeting, see the Company’s definitive proxy statement on Schedule 14A filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 13, 2023.
