Our principal executive and administrative offices are located at 1818 Cornwall Avenue, Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, V6J 1C7.
The general location, use and approximate size of our principal owned properties as of January 31, 2021, are set forth below:

During 2020, we entered into a new lease for a second distribution center in Toronto of approximately 255,000 square feet which is due to expire in May 2031. We expect this distribution center to be operational in fiscal 2021. It will replace a temporary distribution center in Toronto of approximately 90,000 square feet that we began leasing during 2020.
