On February 23, 2016, the Company’s Board of Directors appointed Patrick Dumont to serve as the Company’s principal financial officer and Stephanie Marz to serve as the Company’s principal accounting officer.

Mr. Dumont, 41, also serves as the Company’s Senior Vice President, Finance and Strategy, a position he has held since September 2013. From June 2010 until August 2013, Mr. Dumont served as the Company’s Vice President, Corporate Strategy.

Mr. Dumont is the son-in-law of Sheldon G. Adelson, the Company’s Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer and Treasurer.

Ms. Marz, 40, also serves as the Company’s Vice President, Corporate Accounting, a position she has held since June 2015. She has held progressively senior positions in the Company’s finance organization since 2006.

Ms. Marz’s husband was formerly Vice President of Corporate Accounts at Scientific Games Corporation, one of the Company’s vendors, and was involved in transactions with the Company since January 1, 2015, with an approximate value of $1.0 million.
