As of December 31, 2021, Moody’s operations were conducted from 35 U.S. offices and 107 non-U.S. office locations, all of which are leased. These properties are geographically distributed to meet operating and sales requirements worldwide. These properties are generally considered to be both suitable and adequate to meet current operating requirements.
