(2)In April 2025, MetLife, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors authorized an additional $3.0 billion of common stock repurchases. At June 30, 2026, MetLife, Inc. had $622 million of common stock repurchases remaining under its authorization. Neither the authorization remaining, nor the amount repurchased, reflect the applicable excise tax payable in connection with such repurchases. On August 5, 2026, MetLife, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors authorized an additional $3.0 billion of common stock repurchases.
