Recent Developments

**▪**Health Care Cost Recovery Litigation

Continuing NPM Adjustment Disputes with States That Have Not Settled. In February 2026, an arbitration panel found that Missouri was not diligent in the enforcement of its escrow statutes in 2005.

**▪**Antitrust Litigation

In February 2026, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California certified three classes of plaintiffs (one of direct purchasers, one of indirect purchasers and one of indirect resellers).
