The Annual Meeting of Stockholders of Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. (the “Company”) was held on May 15, 2025. Represented at the meeting were 443,614,369 shares, or 90.00%, of the Company’s 492,903,116 shares of common stock outstanding and entitled to vote at the meeting.
