The aggregate market value of the voting and non-voting common equity held by non-affiliates was $83.9 billion based on the closing price reported on the Nasdaq Global Select Market on March 3, 2022. Shares of common stock held by each executive officer and director and by each person who owns 5% or more of the outstanding common stock were excluded as they may be deemed to be affiliates.
