The table below sets forth information as of December 31, 2017 for (i) all equity compensation plans approved by our shareholders and (ii) all equity compensation plans not approved by our shareholders:

At December 31, 2017, there are 9,961 RSUs outstanding. Of the total 314,281 shares remaining available for future issuance under the shareholder approved plans, up to 37,774 may be issued as RSUs. Equity compensation plans approved by our shareholders include: the 1998 Management Long-Term Stock Option Plan, the 2010 Equity Incentive Plan, and the 2014 Equity Incentive Plan. The only equity compensation plan that was not approved by our shareholders is the 2000 Broadly-Based Stock Option Plan. See Note 12 in the accompanying consolidated financial statements for a description of each of our equity compensation plans.
