On April 10, 2025, Realty Income Corporation (the “Company”) closed its offering of $600,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 5.125% Notes due 2035, pursuant to a purchase agreement dated April 1, 2025 entered into by and among the Company, Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, BofA Securities, Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Mizuho Securities USA LLC and TD Securities (USA) LLC, as representatives of the underwriters.
