There have been no material changes in the Company’s risk factors during the nine months ended September 30, 2021, except that the second paragraph of the risk factor titled “Production Costs and Supplier Capacity” is replaced with the following:

The Company has been affected by an industry-wide undersupply of semiconductors. The Company anticipates this semiconductor shortage will continue to temper deliveries in the fourth quarter of the year and into 2022.
