Union Matters

Approximately 1,200 APS employees are union employees represented by the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers (“IBEW”). APS and IBEW remain committed to continue bargaining in good faith and have been involved in ongoing negotiations for a new contract since November, 2022. The current collective bargaining agreement (“CBA”) was due for renewal on April 1, 2023. While bargaining continues, the current CBA remains in full force and effect.

Rule 10b5-1 Trading Plans

During the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2023, none of our directors or executive officers adopted or terminated any contract, instruction or written plan for the purchase or sale of our securities to satisfy the affirmative defense conditions of Rule 10b5-1(c) or any “non-Rule 10b5-1 trading arrangement.”
