During the three months ended December 28, 2024, none of our directors or officers (as defined in Item 408 of Regulation S-K of the Securities Exchange Act) adopted or terminated "Rule 10b5-1 trading arrangements" (as defined in Item 408 of Regulation S-K of the Exchange Act) other than Patrice Louvet, President and Chief Executive Officer, who adopted a new Rule 10b5-1 trading arrangement on December 3, 2024. Mr. Louvet's trading arrangement provides for the sale of up to an aggregate of 22,357 shares of Class A common stock until June 13, 2025.

There were no "non-Rule 10b5-1 trading arrangements" (as defined in Item 408 of Regulation S-K of the Exchange Act) adopted or terminated during the three months ended December 28, 2024 by our directors and officers.
