The aggregate market value of the voting and non-voting common equity held by non-affiliates of registrant as of December 31, 2021 (the last business day of the registrant’s most recently completed second fiscal quarter), computed by reference to the closing sale price of such stock on the New York Stock Exchange, was $37,771,141,000.
