Item 5. Market for Registrant’s Common Equity, Related Stockholder Matters and Issuer Purchases of Equity Securities.

The Common Stock of the Company is listed on the New York Stock Exchange and is traded on the Philadelphia, Chicago and Boston Exchanges under the symbol ROL. The high and low prices of the Company’s common stock and dividends paid for each quarter in the years ended December 31, 2013 and 2012 were as follows:

As of January 31, 2014, there were 2,045 holders of record of the Company’s common stock. However, a large number of our shareholders hold their shares in “street name” in brokerage accounts and, therefore, do not appear on the shareholder list maintained by our transfer agent.

On January 28, 2014 the Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividend per common share of $0.105 payable March 10, 2014 to stockholders of record at the close of business February 10, 2014. On October 22, 2013, the Board of Directors declared a special year-end dividend of $0.09 per share payable December 10, 2013 to stockholders of record at the close of business November 8, 2013. The Company expects to continue to pay cash dividends to the common stockholders, subject to the earnings and financial condition of the Company and other relevant factors.

Issuer Purchases of Equity Securities

During the years ended December 31, 2013 and 2012, the Company repurchased on the open market 0.3 million and 0.8 million shares at a weighted average price of $24.56 and $20.93, respectively. In total, there remains 5.0 million additional shares authorized to be repurchased under prior Board approval. The repurchase program does not have an expiration date.
