Snap-on’s fiscal year ends on the Saturday that is on or nearest to December 31. Unless otherwise indicated, references in this document to “fiscal 2025” or “2025” refer to the fiscal year ended January 3, 2026; references to “fiscal 2024” or “2024” refer to the fiscal year ended December 28, 2024; and references to “fiscal 2023” or “2023” refer to the fiscal year ended December 30, 2023. References in this document to 2025, 2024 and 2023 year end refer to January 3, 2026, December 28, 2024, and December 30, 2023, respectively. Snap-on’s 2025 fiscal year contained 53 weeks of operating results with the additional week occurring in the fourth quarter.
