On August 18, 2026, Mr. Greg D. Bertrand, who has been serving as a senior advisor to Sysco’s Chief Executive Officer on strategic initiatives since January 1, 2026, was granted a one-time completion of service award valued at $750,000, which will be payable in cash on September 30, 2026. Until December 31, 2025, Mr. Bertrand served as Sysco’s Executive Vice President and Global Chief Operating Officer.
