The following table sets forth the location, use and size of the Company's key fulfillment, corporate and product development facilities as of June 29, 2024. All of the properties are leased, with the leases expiring at various times through fiscal 2037, subject to renewal options.

In addition to the above properties, the Company occupies leased retail and outlet store locations located in North America and internationally for each of our brands. These leases expire at various times through fiscal 2036. The Company considers these properties to be in generally good condition and believes that its facilities are adequate for its operations and provide sufficient capacity to meet its anticipated requirements.
