Rule 10b-5 Trading Plans.

On August 9, 2024, Julie H. Boushka, our Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer, adopted a Rule 10b5-1 trading arrangement that is intended to satisfy the affirmative defense of Rule 10b5-1(c) for the sale of up to 10,000 shares of our common stock until November 14, 2025.
