The aggregate market value of voting stock held by non-affiliates of the Registrant on the last business day of the Registrant’s most recently completed second fiscal quarter, which was July 31, 2022, based on the closing price of $223.58 for shares of the Registrant’s Class A common stock as reported by the New York Stock Exchange on July 29, 2022, the last trading day of the second fiscal quarter, was approximately $31.3 billion. Shares of Class A common stock or Class B common stock held by each executive officer, director, and their affiliated holders have been excluded in that such persons may be deemed to be affiliates.
