On February 7, 2022, the Company entered into an amendment to Dr. Jeffrey Leiden’s employment agreement, which was scheduled to expire on March 31, 2023. Among other things, the amendment extends the term for one year through March 31, 2024 and provides that Dr. Leiden’s equity compensation during the final year of the amended employment agreement will be equivalent to his equity compensation in the preceding year.
