EXECUTIVE OFFICERS OF THE COMPANY
The executive officers of the Company are set forth in this table. Executive officers are elected by the board of directors annually at the regular meeting of the board of directors following the Annual Meeting of Shareholders.

From January 2007 to October 2008, he served as Vice President and Global Head of Business Development for Hoffman LaRoche Inc. (U.S.) and from June 2003 to December 2006, he served as President and General Manager of Roche Inc. in the Philippines. Prior thereto, he held numerous positions in commercial operations for Roche Products Pty Ltd. in Australia. |
