Item 5.02Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On November 20, 2025, Jeffrey Schmitz, Chief People Officer of Zebra Technologies Corporation (the “Company”), notified the Company that he will step down from his position as Chief People Officer, effective the close of business on December 31, 2025. On January 1, 2026, Mr. Schmitz will continue employment as a Senior Vice President of the Company until his retirement in the second quarter of 2026. Melissa Luff Loizides, currently Vice President of the Company, will commence serving as Chief People Officer on January 1, 2026. On November 24, 2025, the Company issued a press release announcing Mr. Schmitz’s departure and Ms. Luff Loizides’ appointment. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
