Item 3. QUANTITATIVE AND QUALITATIVE DISCLOSURES ABOUT MARKET RISK

The Company is exposed to market risk in the normal course of business, including changes in commodity prices, equity prices and interest rates. For further discussion of its exposure to market risk, see Part II, Item 7A—Quantitative and Qualitative Disclosures about Market Risk in the Company’s Form 10-K. As of March 31, 2024, there were no treasury lock agreements outstanding as the Company terminated the treasury lock agreements in February 2024. There have been no other significant changes to the Company’s exposure to market risk since December 31, 2023.
