Our Cash Flow and Financial Position information includes Kraft Foods Group data for periods prior to the October 1, 2012 Spin-Off date. Refer to the Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2012 for information on the divested net assets and items impacting cash flow. Other items impacting comparability primarily relate to the coffee business transactions in 2014 and 2015, the loss on deconsolidation of Venezuela in 2015 and the receipt of net cash proceeds from the resolution of the Starbucks arbitration in 2013. As of December 31, 2015, we had debt issuance costs related to recognized debt liabilities of $46 million, which have been reclassified from long-term other assets to a deduction from the related debt obligations on the consolidated balance sheet. We have also made this reclassification in the prior years presented to be consistent with the current year presentation.
