On April 1, 2023, the aggregate market value of the registrant’s Class A Common Stock, $0.10 par value (“Class A stock”), and Class B Common Stock, $0.10 par value (“Class B stock”), held by non-affiliates of the registrant was $16,538,884,747 and $614,259, respectively. Class B stock is not publicly listed for trade on any exchange or market system. However, Class B stock is convertible into Class A stock on a share-for-share basis, so the market value was calculated based on the market price of Class A stock.
